Exhibition at the Irish Georgian Society’s HQ – “Exhibiting in Georgian Ireland”

The Irish Georgian Society HQ on South William Street, beside Powerscourt Townhouse, is opening officially this summer with a wonderful exhibition Exhibiting in Georgian Ireland – a show which will bring together many of the original paintings which hung in the purpose-built exhibition space (the first in Ireland and Britain, dating to 1766).

The dates of the exhibition are 15 June – 27 July inclusive.

The Irish Georgian Society are encouraging as many people as possible to come and enjoy the exhibition and are working on an Education Programme.
